Worn inner ends of axles and worn side gears call for renewal of the parts in pairs bearing the same colour markings. On the side gear the mark is a dot and on the axle it is a ring round the shaft about 6 inches from the flattened end. The three size groups are:

Colour Internal dia. of side gear External dia. of axle

Blue 59.97 to 60.00 mm (2.361 to 2.362 inch) 59.90 to 59.94 mm (2.359 to 2.360 inch)

Pink 60.01 to 60.04 mm (2.3626 to 2.3638 inch) 59.95 to 59.97 mm (2.360 to 2.361 inch)

Green 60.05 to 60.07 mm (2.3642 to 2.365 inch) 59.98 to 60.00 mm (2.361 to 2.362 inch)
